No it's not too much to ask. Church should be somewhere you feel like you belong. I'm kinda going through the same thing myself. I'm going to try a different church on Sunday. Good luck in whatever you decide to do, staying or leaving your church. Try shopping around, go to different churches, see if any of them give you a good feeling. Take care.

Grey, sometimes I can accept the fact that I don't need anyone in my life to be happy, but I usually fail to convince my self. I need someone, I want someone. It's not really even so much as finding someone to make me happy as it is finding someone to let me make her happy. That is my main priority in a relationship. I'm happy when she's happy, whoever she is right now. Thank you Grey, for your comment.

What kept me from attempting suicide was: 1, the people I would hurt, such as my kids, 2:The promise of the future, something good has to happen to me sometime and 3: I'm not meant to die now, especially by my own hand. Yeah, I just removed "Brent" from my top friends. And most likely my life. lol

I don't know what the deal with S was. Because whether he says so or not, that's what he was implying. But he is getting on my nerves as much as Brent. So yeah.

I had a talk with Zach today about graduation. He's leaving the night of for Colorado. I'm not sure yet whether that's really sad or kind of good.

Grey, there's always student loans, which they are very patient in being paid back plus grants for tuition and books. Grants don't have to be paid back, but you'll have to keep your GPA up or they'll suspend your grant.

Dear Grey,

    I love your poem.  It's beautiful.  With each post, each poem, each song that you choose, each comment that you leave me I learn more about you.  I really like the person that you are.  You're exceptional.  You've got a beautiful heart and spirit. 

    When I read you comment earlier...It felt true to me...My daughter doesn't really know me...Not who I am today.  Her past wounds prevent her from wanting to take the time to get to know me.  It's a sad thought to me...that people who read my diary know me betetr than my own family...why?  Because they take the time to read; the time to listen...Rather than shutting me out and shutting me down when I try to speak.

   I can't share any of my spiritual beliefs with my daughter...she doesn't believe in 'My Christian God"...She believes that I have made him up...I pray about that everyday.

    I could sit around and feel sorry for myself over it all...But I can't afford to look at life that way; to experience life that way...I know that God has a plan for all things even this...Perhaps in this wounding He is doing some healing work within me.    Perhaps in time she will believe...Perhaps in time our relationship will be healed..I pray about that everyday...she hasn't got a clue..and wouldn't want to hear it!  Maybe someday she won't shut me out. Perhaps she is suppose to shut me out for a while to find her own way... Perhaps it will take her all of her own mistakes to teach her the power and the need of forgiveness for me and for all.  

      You comment to me was life-altering in so many ways.  Thank you for comforting me and for helping me to grow.  Thank you for being my friend.
